Our strategy is based on the implementation of a Quality Management System in accordance with the NP EN ISO 9001 standard, in order to improve our internal organization and consolidate a customer-oriented organization and for the continuous improvement of the products and services provided, ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. The Guiding Principles of this Quality Management System are:
- Obtain customer satisfaction and product quality, according to their specifications;
- Promote quality upstream of the company, favoring better qualified external suppliers;
- To maintain high levels of production, productivity, financial liquidity and turnover, enhancing the diversity and quality of products and respective exports;
- Develop innovative products that promote the use of natural stone.
