Quality policy

Our strategy is based on the implementation of a Quality Management System in accordance with the NP EN ISO 9001 standard, in order to improve our internal organization and consolidate a customer-oriented organization and for the continuous improvement of the products and services provided, ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. The Guiding Principles of this Quality Management System are:

 

• Obtain customer satisfaction and product quality, according to their specifications;

 

• Promote quality upstream of the company, favoring better qualified external suppliers;

 

• To maintain high levels of production, productivity, financial liquidity and turnover, enhancing the diversity and quality of products and respective exports;

 

• Develop innovative products that promote the use of natural stone.

 

All employees play an active role in the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, for their commitment and care in the course of their activities.
